Orienteering race 59:14 [5]
Had a good run today, lost time at control 2, stopped about 50m to early. Some time loss at 3 and 7. Was hurting out of control 8, had to slow down a bit to get the breathing under control. Route choice 11 to 12 got changed mid leg but worked out okay. Small time loss at 15. Then strong run home.
Legs felt good considering thursday nights long long run. Craig thanks for the advice.
