Swimming race 30:00 [4] 2.0 km (15:00 / km)

Unsure of the time, swam by myself at the start which ment I didnt get the draft but I picked the better line. After turning the first bouy just sat behind and got towed around the course. Thought I would get alot more fatigued but held good form. Will update swim time when results available.

Cycling race 1:40:00 [4] 48.0 km (2:05 / km)

Unsure of the correct time. Was spinning around on the course, this is one of the better bike courses out there, has a little bit of everything, rolling hills, flat, long gentle climb. I didnt pass anyone today. There where two packs clearly in breach of drafting. Overall though was fairly clean. I got a flat on lap two, walked home 6-7km. Was not concerned today if I got a flat but the walk home was painful.

Running race 50:00 [4] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)

Went out on the run course for one lap instead of two. Held good form and running with a longer stride. A result of staying in the lower chain ring and spinning more on the bike. Decided to call it a day after lap one with not too much to benefit. I have my starting point now. Cairns 2/80/20 in June is now the target.
