Happy with my nav, fairly straight forward course. Bit low on 1, bit to the right on 2, talking about maybe 10-15 secs lost on each. Physically struggled up to 6 then onto 7 and out of 7 up the hill(having some back problems..) once up the hill got going again, clean through the short controls 8-9-10-11(only 8 I was a little left but corrected quickly) 12,13,14 good running leading a few runners trailing behind, heaps hanging around my 15, 16 control. 17 on the money and then home. Need more fitness. Had a couple of good weeks training. Need to loose weight fast.
