Well it's confirmed I am unfit. I was doing this loop in under 60 mins when I was getting ready for Ironman. I needed to walk parts, more stretching, I think if i didnt have a running partner I would have turned back after about 20 mins running.

On the rollers, just circling the legs, recovery session after this morning!
400m swim with shoes and clothes, plus a few exercises to get the lungs working. Did some laps after the session to get up to 2 km. Was not enjoying it though. Lost my interest in swimming.
