Spent seven hours at the hospital last night with the g/f. I blame her if the training stops now. Too tired to do anything today.

5 laps of the oval

Running intervals 17:42 [4] 4.0 km (4:26 / km)

4 * 1000m - 4.12, 4.36, 4.02, 4.52. 1,3 downhill, 2,4 uphill on BFA course.
Went a little hard on the third rep.

Swimming long 1:26:20 [1] 13.0 km (6:38 / km)

Well it's confirmed I am unfit. I was doing this loop in under 60 mins when I was getting ready for Ironman. I needed to walk parts, more stretching, I think if i didnt have a running partner I would have turned back after about 20 mins running.

Tuesday Aug 10, 2010 #

Ring road run before starting PT for work.

400m swim with shoes and clothes, plus a few exercises to get the lungs working. Did some laps after the session to get up to 2 km. Was not enjoying it though. Lost my interest in swimming.

Monday Aug 9, 2010 #

Tough run, needed to stretch at the turn point.
