Orienteering race 45:27 [4] 4.7 km (9:40 / km)

Been a long time since I have suffered shin pain like I did today. I think lack of warm up contributed to this. Fairly good run all up. But route choice from 3-4, 4-5 was poor and having to stretch on the way to five slowed my time down. Was just jogging from 3 onwards. Frustrating. Fairly simple course no mistakes apart from route choice.
