Orienteering race 1:00:00 [5]

Middle distance race. Fairly good start, just running slow through the bush and lack of fitness. 1,2,3,4 all fairly good. Went a little low on 5, on the right spur for 6 but just missing the boulder by 20m, 7 stopped one gully to early, 8 right on, 9 just totally screwed it, stopped to early again and not going high enough. Was spent by this stage. 10 to much to the south, 11 right on then headed to the finish for a DNF. 5,6,7 and 10 while I made mistakes I corrected quickly and was happy with how I was slowing myself down to take care of the navigation.

Odd number torsion bar exercises, even number running beep test.
From 1 to 14.
1. 10 Bicep Curls, 10 Mil Push Ups 5.20,20.
3. 10 Tricep ext, 10 upright rows 7. 20, 20
Beep test 5 to 14 same as before.
Beep test running with torsion bar 5 to 12. Running even numbers partner running odd numbers
