Ride to heffron park.

Cycling race 15:00 [5] 8.0 km (1:53 / km)

Club champs, C grade.
6 lap race(12km)
Not an overly fast race. Got a puncture on the fourth lap.

Cycling race 50:00 [5] 28.0 km (1:47 / km)

Heffron park. C grade.
Rode the majority of this race somewhere at the back.
Pace was strong and consistant. I was never going to be able to put in an attack. Tried moving up in the last two laps but somehow lost position in the last km. 400m to go was in second last. Came through to finish about tenth.
Legs very heavy from yesterdays run.

Running 40:00 [4]

Two reps up sydney tower. Started on the downhill leg first. Lost a little time on the descent, went to hard on the climb to early. Had a great first 20 levels but was spent already. Kept a good pace but walked all the way from level 50 up. Had a good second descent making up ground on the leaders. walked the first twenty levels. then pushed hard for the next 20 to get back with the lead group. but was spent. almost threw up around level 60.
Legs where shaking after finishing.
