Holsworthy BFA track plus 3/4 ring road. Wanted a few more Km's this morning but running in cams I was not enjoying it.

1200m tempo.
1200m cool down.

Randwick to track plus five laps.
warm up drills and range of movement stretching.

Was hoping for better than this time. But considering was running by myself and still overweight. this is the bench mark. aim is for 17.30

5 * (2*200m) 30 seconds rest. 2 minutes rest after 2*2.
Negatively splitting 200's: 37secs - 35secs

Queens park and centennial park loop.

Running tempo 1:10:50 [4] 14.0 km (5:04 / km)

Felt okay for the first 20 mins. Then the down hill run to opera house felt even better. Just been working on striding out more of late.

Last 20 mins was really pushing home hard. Running is paying off.
