Swimming race 11:17 [5] 0.75 km (15:03 / km)

Kurnell Series Race 3.
All i wanted to do today was be able to close the gap today between myself and adam on the swim in order to have an easier bike leg. Only 22 secs down today.

Cycling race 31:39 [5] 20.0 km (1:35 / km)

Rode alot smarter today, made sure I kept spinning today. Caught adam before the turnaround. Stayed behind me for about 2 or 3 k's then decided it was time to get rid of him. Split included the lost time in transition to find my rack. My shoes where covered by a bike, but i should have known where to turn also. I threw the bike of the rack in disgust.

Well i felt like shit today on the run, thats even after going slower on the bike to save something for the run today. adam passed me on the second lap. just before the 2km mark. good result again. third age group. 13th overall.

Lunch time run. Very very hot.
Cross country course, out to M.P centre.

Cycling 12:00 [3] 6.0 km (2:00 / km)

3 laps around heffron

Cycling 55:00 [3] 36.0 km (1:32 / km)

C grade at heffron park.
held on until B + A Grade caught which was at 1 and 1/2 laps from the finish(3km). Dropped off as i didnt have the legs to raise the pace. With 2km to go there was a fairly big crash (i was already 100m behind at this stage). Will need to go B grade on saturdays now.
