Not a bad swim result. 9th overall.
Cycling race 34:17 [5] 20.0 km (1:43 / km)
16th Overall. 3rd Age group. In second place for age group when I got of the bike.
Running race 20:24 [5] 5.0 km (4:05 / km)
Slowly improving. I will work on my run this summer.
67th overall.
1:06:21 for 20th Overall and 7th in my age group.
