Asked for C grade today considering
A) the wind and b) the amount of k's i hand done in the last 24hrs.
Pace was on from the start, got dropped on lap 3 in B grade.
Waited for C grade then rode at the back. All fields where reduced to half size. My legs are shot.

This was a painfull swim.
Shoulders sore from yesterday. Feet have improved since yesterday but still finding it hard to walk. Mostly did 200m at a time.
Main set: 4*100m I.M

M7 bike path ride. Forgot my light, all lights where working tonight anyway.
Was only dark for the last hour. Paul got a flat tyre with 20k to go. Which was a bit of a lifesaver as the pace had picked before the flat.

Have great looking feet now.
Feeling good body wise but feet where a bit bloody.

Airport and cross country course in reverse, took a wrong turn towards the end which added about a km, surprised I could make such a mistake considering I run this course regularly.

600m free
400m (50m breast/50m back)
400m time trial - 5:36 (8 seconds of the pool record)
400m free with some backstroke.
Hope to be going 5:15 in a couple of weeks.
And 5:00 by the Aust Sprint Champs.

Been a little lazy with logging my training of late.
Have been doing lots of stretching and legs are feeling great at the moment. Treadmill run this morning.

6*50m on 1:00 (holding about 40)
200m Cool down.
