Running race 58:30 [5] 14.0 km (4:11 / km)

City to Surf.
really fast first 4km while trying to pass, move my way forward.
then had to bring the pace back, got to the top of heartbreak, where i passed a lot of the people that had just been passing me for the last 3km or so. got to the 10km mark then started pushing knowing the course is downhill from there. happy with this time considering the amount of training. Which is slowly increasing.

From home to work. A bit dangerous trying to cross heathcote rd.
apart from that a very nice ride.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [1] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)

Run around the cross country course with the unit. Run with unit = very slow. i thought 21 yr olds should be fit. wrong.

Swimming 25:00 [1] 1.1 km (22:44 / km)

Lunch time swim.
500m free. 300m (75m back/25m free)
2*100 on 2:00(1:25) and 100m back.

Swimming 30:00 [3] 1.4 km (21:26 / km)

Nothing fancy. 500m swim.
500m (50m breast/50m back)
3*100m free on 2:00 (1:30pace). 100m back recovery. done.
