Will be all over sydney today before going to shops to get last present for xmas. In the last week been packing for the removal for next year and cleaning as dont wont to come back to a mess in the new year.

Looking forward to perth and being able to train fulltime for three weeks.

Attacked a few times early, did rolling turns, chased breakaways, spending time at the back. Then about halfway through the race end of the straight attacked after someone didnt roll through for the millionth time. I then spent the next 5mins by myself, then got caught by 2 others, and the little shit tried attacking me, i responded he was weak as piss. Then worked together for the rest of the race. Kind of got caught with a lap to go. I kept the pace high and went away from the pack (how a pack gets within 10 metres and doesnt finish the breakaway is beyond me). I got caught with 500m to go which was devestating but had a great workout.
