Rogaine 5:40:00 [3]

NSW Rogaine. Yes I threw up the white flag.

12th place. 1st or second was realistic for this event. I think not having done a 24hr rogaine since 2004 showed. But rogaining is now on hold until the end of ironman malaysia.

Push ups, dips, scissor kick, lunges(15kg), step ups(15kg), skipping(100 reps), Heaves.

20, 18, 16, 12 - break.

10, 8, 6, 4 , 2. Of the above circuit. Heaves went from 10 then minus one.

3 Laps Cent Park on to work, plus some circuit racing before the gates opened for work.

Different long run today. Great scenery. Banksmeadow - Botanty - La Perouse through Two Golf Courses onto little bay (UNSW Fields) Directly back to work.

Wanda Beach , 5 min Warm Up.
3 reps of hill out of the lake.
2 reps of long hill
50 metre sprint (4 reps) Last 2 dropped out. Made the final four. Just got pipped for the final.
2 Reps of the steep hill.
1 Rep of the little hill on the other side.
Will go for a lunch time run to shake the legs out before Summer Series event tonight.

490 points which left me in first place when I left. Won by ten points.
Feeling great for this weekend.

Work along botany st again to McEvoy St (41:30) and return.
Sean turned around at 33min. Rod's first run back after having some problems with leg (tendinitis).
While this is one of our shorter long runs, I have a big weekend.

Ride from work to centennial park, ten laps. Counted close to 40 in the peleton tonight. And this will just get bigger as summer approaches. Didnt join tonight just wanted to spin plus the wind was really strong.

What a difference a new set of wheels make!

Ten laps of centennial park on my own, then 5 laps with the peleton. Did my turn at the front, sat on 42km for the downhill section and didnt drop below 34 on the uphill section.
