Run from home to work plus the flat 2.4km track turnaround point 54mins.
So plan was to return in 54 minus a couple of mins. Anyway 15 mins on way home problems toilet stop, never recovered did a further 21mins after toilet stop to stretch this run out to 90mins. 30min walk home.

This run is 19.8km.

Home along anzac parade to flinders st and return.
Out in 13.35 return 13.13. Had headwind out, tailwind return.

Easy run last 2km HR at 150-155 about 4min/km pace. Didnt feel great today but was good to have a light run today. Cant wait for Sunday - Rest day.

Great tempo run, obviously the rogaine didnt take it out of me.
Rod was keeping good pace, my technique was good. Had that great feeling of being able to bounce.
