Circle work in the park.
Half Ironman distance.
So wet, windy and horrible.
Will have a cold tmrw.

Well after putting the bike away, doing the brick session why i had a quick shower after the bike is beyond me.
Will have a cold in the next couple of days.

Effectively this felt like a cool down from last night, was in cruise control. For the little running I have done in the last couple of months I feel good.

Very strong winds tonight and spent, legs are hurting.

10 min after getting off the bike.
Run to flinders st and return * 2.
Stopped on the second lap due to upset stomach.

Ride around centinnial again and again. (7 laps), then on to work.

Upper body circuit.
Biceps, triceps, heaves.

Autumn Series. Night Nav.
Never could really hit full pace.
Tried to be technically good.
Achieved 450 points minus 20 for being late= 430 points.
450 was the leading score when i left. Anything over 450 and would have had to added a lot more distance. Should have made it back in time but small mistakes cost me.

Effectively the same session as last night, hence the reason almost the exact same milage. 13 laps centinial park then ride to work. Nice start to the day.

From work to home on Perkins bike then grabbed the giant and headed out around centinnial park. (15 laps). Great miles today. Eating and drinking heaps, looking after the body.

Run up to Flinders St and Return. Felt good after all the cycling today. Probably felt more "bouncy" due to wearing racing shoes.

Got to dark to see the road so headed home.
Feeling strong.
