Run around studley park. Was aiming to do a session but after 10 minutes of tempo my heart started to get a bit fluttery so called it a day.

Decided to reverse the run from yesterday. Cool out in shorts and tshirts - it almost felt cold. According to the news it was about 8 degrees at 08.00 so I am getting soft.

Run to Uni for my MAPP course via Prince's and Royal parks. Only did half a day to test out leaving Clare and Fin to fend for themselves. They had a grand morning, going on nice walks and melting a few hearts.

Started the day feeling excited about a lazy / rest day but was grumpy in the evening as I didn't really deserve it.

Extra Fin time was a bonus though.

Easy run out to and around Dights Falls. Listened to podcast for half the run, and ran the other half just trying to soak up the sight and sounds of the park.
