Still feeling a little run down so just went for an easy spin. Lots of people out. Stumbled across a Victorian Road Racers time trial event which was taking place at Studley Park. Stopped to talk to the time keepers, one of whom asked if I was the guy who had won the park run the week before. A celebrity at last.

Felt a bit of fraud when I explained that my training that day was going to consist of an easy 30 minutes.

First MFR intervals of the year. Decent turnout and I think most people enjoyed the parlauf relays (around the loop at the bottom of studley park. We finished with some sprints. Some good food at Lentils afterwards..
