So have been very tardy at updating AP, but I have been doing some running. Uploaded training from my watch but need to clean this up at some point soon.
Just come back from a hectic weekend. Started my Masters of Applied Positive Psychology on Friday and Saturday then headed over to Mnt Baw Baw to join in the trail running festival.
Filled my boots on Sunday, with a long run, orienteering x 2 and a 13k night trail race.
Today was 2 x hill races. 1.4 k down hill and then a race back up. All great fun but legs are now in pieces.
