Out to Princes park to do my "heart run" which involves 2 laps of princes park (about 4 miles) at between 150 - 155 beats per minute. Hopefully as I get fitter my times will come down. Did it in 23.18. Two weeks ago I did it in 23.12 which was incredibly hot. I am going to blame my hangover for the 6 second time difference.
Frustratingly painful to run at this effort which is basically "Nails steady running pace." Nice afternoon for it but was feeling seedy after our works night do.
Finished off test driving a few different slopes to do some hill sprints on.

Late night at work. Wanted to get to the Rooftop cinema to take in Reality Bites, so decided to run home, and then back to work again to grab a shower and to cycle in. Made it just in time to take a seat, order a burger and buy a beer.
