Got train out to Heidelberg with Clare and then ran home to get 90 minutes. Felt flat and lumpy to start with but got more fluid as the run went on. Lovely morning for it. Not many hellos or acknowledgements going on from fellow runners but I didn't really care as happy running in my own bubble.

Park Run at Albert Park. A perfectly still morning; and it was already apparently over 20 degrees by 8.00. Really enjoyed myself.

The last time I did this was almost exactly a year ago when we were visiting Melbourne on holiday. I ran 20 seconds faster this time to post a time of 17.20. Pace felt easy to start with but I was hanging on by the end.

I see this giving me a nice bar, which I hope to dip under this pretty quickly in the next few months.
