Early morning spin with Kez. Caught up a peloton of some old boys, every time we past them they would track us down and swallow us up again. Meant that we worked hard to try and get away (which we didn't). A girl being modocaded by someone on a moped flew past us whilst we were standing still. A busy morning at the boulevard.

Steady MFR Monday night run. Healthy turn out tonight from Blair's and the pace was kept cruisey and conversational. It looks like my heart may have "gone" half way along route and then reset itself. I had no sensation of this at all.
