Easy run around the You Yangs. The ranger who gave us a local park map, encouraged us to try out a new trail he was constructing. Unfortunately, we never found it. We did however find lots of amazing tracks to run on and it was a cracking day for it.

Sprint - O at the Showgrounds. Had decided before hand to give up some welly today. Course was fiddly and well planned but pretty straightforward. Felt that I was hanging on from about 5 minutes onwards.

Cycled out to Westgarth to take part in the Melbourne Street O challenge. First part involved a mass start score where we had to get 9 out of 10 controls and then it was a sprint o using a local school and park. Good fun and a pretty good field.
Running well for the first 1/3 in a pack but then binned about a minute when I erroneously nipped into a control one road junction too early. I did however manage to take another runner with me, which allowed Kez to skip off for the win. I am claiming team tactics rather a stupid error on my part.
Bruce had planned a fiddly last loop round a school which was fun. Managed to catch the "Adventure Runner" ahead of me in this section, so pride was marginally restored.
Group pilates session at the Uni gym. Been going along to this for the last couple of months. Particularly coretastic today including weights. Had to do the walk of shame to swap to lighter dumbells half way through the class.
