Solid run out with Mike. Legs sore but I slowly got into it. Out to Wharncliffe, a loop of Greno and then back. The whole of the bottom of Beeley is now tarmaced not sure what they are up to .

Borrowdale - 10th. Got in a bottle neck at the start with Nails but managed to work myself up to the front by the time we started to climb. Climbed ok but the run along the ridge behind OJ and Rhys was a real struggle - felt like I was running on crude oil. Eugh. Picked up on the way to Scafell Pike. OJ and Rhys left me for slate on the way off Scafell and from that point I was running alone. Picked poor routes on way out to Honister and off Dalehead meant that I lost time (but importantly not places). A very lack lustre performance but glad to have ground it out - especially as we secured a team win over Borrowdale!

Run home from work, then up Loxley and 5 x 1 minute hills. First one was slow but got into it on the 2nd - 5th (all down in 1.03 - 1.05).
