Steady run from my parent's. Wet, windy and cold - summer where have you gone.

Easy run with Clare around Clumber - in the rain.

Easy run from home, up Riv valley, along the golf course, down Crimicar lane, up porter valley and then down to Endcliffe. Finished run at the park run - enjoyed watching the ding dong between Paul and Dave.

Legs (quads in particular) were still sore on Thursday and a wisdom tooth was flaring up (I blame the popcorn at OJ's from Wednesday night) so took this as a sign that I need some proper rest. Decided to take Thursday and Friday completely off and won't be racing on Saturday - going to see the folks instead.

Now going to try and string some solid training weeks together before Grossglockner and Snowden.
