Yoga at S10. Good session - luckily it was fairly remedial today and I managed to keep up / not break. Certainly felt better after the session than before. It was only a small class of 6 but half of them (us) were blokes.
Run home from work and then out on Rivelin Valley road for a tempo run. Back still feeling tight but was definitely not aggrevated by the effort. Felt very clunky but was only 20 seconds down (34 minutes) on the last two weeks. Pleased.
