Steady head clearer with the "boys" from Mark's house. Good to get some fresh air.

Got a fly in my ear half way round. This is a first for me. It was buzzing inside my ear and would not come out. Only way I could get to it was by putting my finger in my ear to crush it but also pushing it further in. Think I got most of it out by the end of the run, but tie will tell!

Plan was for a Kenyan hill session. Was going to do it on the coppice track from the far (bottom end) but ran out of time. Started the session from the the valley bottom and ran from the bridge straight up the hill to the top of the track and then down and up until 30 minutes were up. Kept the tempo consistent but did not push too much as was feeling a bit sub par - think I am coming down with a bit of a cold.

Run with Dave A up porter valley and then down limb valley. Pace was good up the hill and a bit more relaxed coming down the other side. Good to hear all Dave's trip to FR - sounded awesome. oh and stopped for a wildy - see DaveA's log for a graphic (but fictitious) report.

Steady bike ride with Candyman. Really windy which made the first half a literal breeze. Second half on the way back from the peaks was tough with the climb up from Hathersage to Burbage bridge being particularly painful.

Run to drills and back with Clare and JJ.

Running drills 45:00 [3] 1.5 mi (30:00 / mi)

Drills with KC and the gang. Calf was ok throughout but felt a bit clunky.
