So not run since Tuesday. Felt feverish Tue night but a bit better on Wed morning. Went into work on Wed but came home and then spent the day on the sofa (daytime tv is rubbish) or in bed. Bit brighter on Thursday but had no appetite or no get up and go. Similar on Friday (but went to work). Feel much better today and actually have an appetite.
If feel the same tomorrow will go for a steady run. Frustrated not to be training but to be frank not that bothered at the moment - symptomatic in itself that I am not totally better.
