Long run with Camel. Out to damflask, then around agden, back past dam flask and then home via stannington and crookes. Nice day for it and some stunning views. Saw Rach and Clare a few times on the way back.

Run out to Graves park with OJ and then some jogging afterwards- does not seem appropriate to call it warming down.

Orienteering 35:00 [3] 4.8 mi (7:17 / mi)

SYO club champs. Cunningly planned score event around graves park. Good fun in the snow.

Run out to Dam Flask with Andy. Freezing and dark on the way out but stunning on the way back (but still freezing) watching the sun rise. Dropped Andy off and then ran to work.

Run home and then out around the Wicker with Armand. The world was literally freezing all around us.

Training session with Dave A. A bit of a toughie. Run to Don Valley and then (this is the complicated bit) - 1k@10k pace, 6 mins @ half mara pace, 4 x 400m @ 5k pace, 6 mins @ half mara pace, 3 x 800m @ 5k pace, 6 mins @ 1/2 mara pace. Then 1 mile of 100m strides, 100m jog recovery. Then the run home. Went pretty much as planned good to do it with someone else.

Gym session. Added some squats with weights but kept it light (60kg).

Hilly run home. Up Eckie Road, Ringinglow Road, over to Crimicar Lane, Lodge Lane, up Rails Road to Stannington and home. Felt quite tough. Finished just at the girly run was starting.
