Tuesday Dec 7, 2010 #

8 AM

Running 38:00 [3] 5.2 mi (7:18 / mi)

Run to work listening to the radio. Had a chuckle to Jim McNaughtie's spoonerism when introducing Jeremy Hunt. Classic.

Running 1:30:00 intensity: (1:00:00 @2) + (30:00 @4) 13.0 mi (6:55 / mi)

Sociable Sunday threshold run with OJ, GG, Kris and Ralph. Good run out - all the way up to Riv valley and back along the top.

Saturday Dec 4, 2010 #

11 AM

Running 2:00:00 [2] 15.6 km (7:42 / km)

Snowy run in the peaks with "the guys." Good fun but tough in places (with the exception of falling into a snow hidden stream).

Thursday Dec 2, 2010 #

Running 20:00 [2] 2.2 mi (9:05 / mi)

RTW
5 PM

Running 1:35:00 intensity: (1:00:00 @2) + (35:00 @4) 11.0 mi (8:38 / mi)

HH session - 15 x 50 second hills with jog recovery (approx 1:30) in Crookes Valley Park. Tough as running them all with Dave A. Went for a long warm down after. Pooped by the time I got home.

Wednesday Dec 1, 2010 #

8 AM

Running 20:00 [2] 2.2 mi (9:05 / mi)

RTW - surreal running without in the cars. Runners can reclaim the roads!
2 PM

Running 1:50:00 [3] 12.0 mi (9:10 / mi)

Office closed and was itching to get out in the snow so decided to do a long one. Up porter valley - through to redmires and then down rivelin. All very pretty. Dodged a few rogue snowballs from students in Endcliffe park. The patches of virgin snow were fun to start with but hard work towards the end.
