Little Stretton to Stiperstones race. Was not feeling on top form but compounded my lack of fitness with poor route choice resulting in my slowest time ever (by about 6 minutes!). On the plus side it was gorgeous on the hills; brilliantly blue sky and snow dusted peaks.
Run to track "the long way" with Paul. Kept him waiting despite my best efforts. Running home "the short way" with Paul which was longer than my usual route - but this was partially mitigated by the company.
Got home, to no kitchen or sink. Takeaway to the rescue.

Track - 6 x (600, 100 recov, 400, 200 recov). Felt ok but it took a while to settle into the rhythm. Swept along on Dave and Tom's coattails.
