Run to track and then to the Johnson's for dinner. Going a bit spacey towards the end so was pleased of the 1mile short cut.
Running 24:00  4.0 mi (6:00 / mi)
4x5 minutes. Track was icy which slowed things down a little. Did 5 minutes rather than mile reps (1550, 1590, 1590, 1590). Got my act together by the third lap. It was all I could do to try and stay on Tom's shoulder.
