Run up to Loxley and back. Muddy and wet.

Spook Relays in Loxley. To say I was rusty was an understatement but I enjoyed bimbling round the (long) courses. Had a bit of a tussle with Danger and Magic on the first loop but was on my tod on the second.

Run to HH and then to start of the session and back home after. Caught up with Stu Maycock who is gunning for London next year. Should be a good group of us from Hallamshire.

Hills - 1 mile tempo up Loxley and then 3 x 4 reps. Felt reasonably ok and foot pain was at a low level.

Run to track and then to the Johnson's for dinner. Going a bit spacey towards the end so was pleased of the 1mile short cut.

Running 24:00 [3] 4.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

4x5 minutes. Track was icy which slowed things down a little. Did 5 minutes rather than mile reps (1550, 1590, 1590, 1590). Got my act together by the third lap. It was all I could do to try and stay on Tom's shoulder.
