Hills session on my bike. Out to Oughtibridge and then 5 times up Burnthill Lane - (11 minutes up and 4 minutes down). Toughie of a session. Tried to do it all sitting down but 2 sections of the hill were too steep. Felt ok.

Sneaked in a lunchtime session at the gym on the cross trainer. Did 42 minutes of 90:30s slowly increasing the resistance. Felt ok and managed to make a pretty heart rate graph.
Nice long run with OJ. Nearly didn't happen but luckily OJ was packing a spare pair of shorts. Foot began to get sore after 42 mins. It was sore for the rest of the run and steadily got worse.
Sprinted for tram in the morning and left foot sore. Then remembered that it had been sore towards the end of the run yesterday. Decided to take the day off to let it recover. Also crazy at work.
