11 AM

Running 1:12:00 [2] 9.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Long warm up and warm down in Devilla. Got lost on the run but got to the start with a couple of minutes to spare.
12 PM

Orienteering 1:10:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:50 / km)

Enjoyable but tough course around Devilla. Pretty steady and still felt stiff. Caught Eddie up for the last 1/3 and had a nice little tussle till the end.

11 AM

Running 1:04:00 [2] 8.4 mi (7:37 / mi)

Steady run from near bridge of earn. Still really stiff.
3 PM

Running 30:00 [1] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Warm up and warm down (with Ed). Most of warm up was spent stretching out my back, hips and glutes.

Orienteering 16:00 [5] 2.5 mi (6:24 / mi)

PWT final. Steady run with only a few hesitations. Enjoyed it and good to put a few demons to bed.

8 AM

Running 18:00 [1] 2.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Early morning run. Felt incredibly stiff and awkward.
2 PM

Running warm up/down 35:00 [1] 3.0 mi (11:40 / mi)

Steady warm up and down. Licked my paws on the warm down with Clare.

Orienteering 17:00 [4] 2.0 mi (8:30 / mi)

Dreadful run. Never got into the map and spent most of my time looking rather than navigating to controls. Did not deserve to qualify so was not totally despondent to miss out by a few seconds.

Another busy day at work and had to leave presently to meet Eddie to go to Scotland. As it turns out I had time for a long run.
