Got to Calgary at 3 pm after a hot and sticky flight. After vetting to the hotel Clare and I went for a very slow run. Really hot out - 25". Felt (very) marginally les tired after than before. Looking forward to getting into the mountains tomorrow.

Great run out from home, to High Bradfield, all the way out to Back Tor and then back past (a decimated) Strines, Agden and up to High Bradfield to finish. Great run with amazing views and good company (OJ & Candyman).

Burger and pint tasted good at Old Horns Inn.

Run to see Kim and then to work. Back still slightly twisted but much better than last time I saw her.

Orienteering 45:00 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (30:00 @4) 3.5 mi (12:51 / mi)

Trains exercise on Limb Valley. Great little area and great courses. Ran with a good pack which kept all of the efforts honest. Cracker session as Candyman would say.

Long day at work but forced myself out of the door - the promise of tea when I got back swung it. Out to Oughtibridge (and just beyond) and back. Kept up a decent pace whole way and felt pretty good when running - was knackered when I got in from work.

Steady run with OJ up to Loxley down to Fisheries (where OJ turned back) then up to Stannington and down to Riv valley. Gorgeous day for it and nice to have some company. Run was tempered by the fact OJ stacked it on a path and opened up his had again. Not nice.

Was late leaving work for drills but was too tired to put any effort in. Also added some other running before and after drills.

Big group out and a good session. Gareth is slowly increasing the amount of plyo work we are doing.
