Warm up and down. Dragged Nails to the start again as part of our warm down.
Orienteering race 38:00  3.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
Middle race. Physically I felt horrible the whole way and would have happily stopped after 10 minutes. The orienteering though was fantastic and I really enjoyed myself. Lost my shoe to a marsh at one point having made the rookie mistake of not taping my laces and lost 45 seconds finding it and putting it back on. Missed again in the rhodoes and the boulder at the end when I was in serious oxygen debt. Good fun.
