Little Stretton to Stiperstones fell race. Wet and a tad windy. Ran ok (and about 45 secs faster than last year) but some way off my pb. Beaten by both Davies brothers so got relegated to 3rd individual man (my worst ever position).

Legs and lungs felt ok but struggled to really push myself. Tired? Pussy? (hope former but fear the latter).

Note

Another day off. Saw a documentary called beertickers filmed by the guy who did a lot of work for Clare's SY sport awards. Trainspotting for beer drinkers; the world record holder had drunk 40,000 different beers.
