Lots of sprinting at Cliff Hanger. Ace event - OJ's work really paid off. Stuffed up in the semis and was dissapointed to miss the final.

Running 1:30:00 [3] 13.0 mi (6:55 / mi)

Run up Rivelyn. Pace picked up when we (Candyman, Phil, Nails and I) met Jules. Pace picked up further when it was left to Phil and I to pretend who could "jog" the fastest.

Running 1:00:00 intensity: (30:00 @2) + (30:00 @4) 8.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

Hilly session in prep for Snowdon. Run to bridge in Rivelyn valley (the start of OJ's hill session), up the hill all the way to the top of the coppice track. Then 2 x up and down the track with 1 min recovery and then back down to the bridge again. Good session. Not sure what hurt more, the asc or the desc.

Fastest was 4.45 up (from the Road) and 3.35 down.
