Run out to Percy Pud with Andy and Mike. Some jogging around afterwards and then home again down the valley which was lovely and icy.

Running intervals 36:00 [4] 6.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

3 x 3k with some jogging in between. Felt tired from yesterday's run.

Long run (bit longer than planned). Out to Wharncliffe, then Greno, then some more Wharncliffe. Top day and run.

Run to work and then home again (via M&S for tea).

Gym with OJ. Good session. Only managed the one session this week - don't know why I bother.

Run to work, then to Hallamshire, then to Tricketts, then back from Tricketts.

Camel says: 3 sets of 3 hills (1 short - 220m, 1 medium - 270m, 1 long - 350m) up Black Lane with jog back recovery. (44, 53, 75) (45, 55, 73) (43, 53, 70).

RTW, Run from work to track and then home again.

Running intervals 24:00 [5] 4.0 mi (6:00 / mi)

4 x 1600m. Very chilly (apparently worth a few seconds) and even a bit slippy. Times were 5.02, 5.00, 5.04, 5.08. Felt fine for the first few then really struggled during the last two. Could hear OJ breathing down my neck on the last one.
