Steady session in the gym, after having had a chat with Pete - lots of easy stretching after some decent squats and lunges.

Running warm up/down 40:00 [1]

WU/WD to the Hallamshire session. Felt a bit tired and wet.

Running intervals 35:00 [5]

Tough interval session at the field by the start of the Percy Pud. Felt a bit heavy legged - but managed to push out the session ok (parlauf and then a sprint relay on a big wet slope - nice!). Going to take it nice and easy from now till the test races.

Running to gym and back - did some sprint training on the way back (map memory).

Running warm up/down 40:00 [3]

Easy run to track with Matt and then a WD with Matt, MikeS and Fatrat.

Running 15:00 [5]

Track session - 4 x 300, 4 x 250 then 4 x 300. Felt tired by the end of the session. HR was up in the morning and I didn't want to push it too hard. Martin Broadhead and Sprotty jnr were going well.

It was good to see so many familiar faces at the track.

Very fast "jog" with Craney up Loxley valley. Good to catch up.
