The Marathon Talk Jantastic challenge for February is to stipulate how many runs you are going to do and also the distance of your longest run.

I plumped for 12 miles this week and wanted to polish this off because breakfast to try and beat the heat.

Bounced back from yesterday's session pretty well and felt good clicking along at a reasonable pace.
