So still not 100%. If I am honest with myself I know that I have not been feeling great during the last week. Every morning for the last week when I have struggling to get going and it means that I am not fully recovered and recuperated. The cold I have picked up is taking me a lot longer to shift it then it would do when I am fully fit and healthy.

Am going to run into work tomorrow to see if I can trigger the arrhythmia so that I can get it scanned at the hospital. Then I am going to take the rest of the week easy, only running when I rate myself as an 8/10 in the morning.

Still dreaming about next season which is still a long way off. Going to enjoy spending some time plugging in the English and British champs races in the diary. First priority is getting myself fit and healthy.

Been keeping myself busy and just finished Brain Training for Runners by Mat Fitzgerald which is interesting and thought provoking and chimes with my thoughts on running (and Paul F's philosophical musings). It has some nice schedules which I will pick some bits and pieces from.
