Run down to Hallamshire - went to club house then remembered the change in venue.
The session was 3 x the 800m circuit. Felt fine on first one, but chest got really tight half way through the second; so bad that I had to stop. Collected myself for the last lap but even though I was holding back I was still struggling for breath - weird. I have had this a few times before (but didn't really want to log it) and tend to get it when I am doing something on the aerobic / anaerobic threshold. As soon as I step the pace back I am fine - so jogging home was no problem.
Chest was tight for about 15 minutes after I got home (especially on left side). Will get to the doctors to check it out.
