Track was "winded-off" so had to motivate myself to do a session. You know it's bad when you dream of rain on your warmup, because if it is raining it means it has stopped hailing.
Did 6 x 5.00 up Rivelin Valley road with 1 minute recovery. Tough on the way out but a massive tail wind on the way down.
Decided that I had kind of enjoyed myself by the end.
