6 x 800m with 200m jog recovery. Big group out tonight which was great. Started the session conservatively and gradually wound it up (once I was sure I wasn't going to blow up half way through the session). My attempt at sellotaping my watch strap proved surprisingly ineffective so did not take times - splits were roughly 2:24, 2:25, 2:20, 2:18, 2:18). Cheekily just tucked in behind Dave for the last 3 reps.
