Gym session. Completely deserted today so managed to zip round.

Run from work up Porter valley, to Goodwin and then home.

Orienteering 10:00 [3] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Fun orienteering session with Kris. 3 x sprint courses outside and 2 x sprint courses in an indoor maze (impressively developed out of dumbbells).
