Track session with Dave A. In theory 4 x ( 400m@5k pace, 1 min recov, 1200m@10k pace, 1 min recov, 400m@5k pace) 2.30 (400m) jog between sets. Went ok - pushed on maybe a bit harder than should have done but it was hard not to chase Dave (and share the pace). Good fun.
