Run to see Kim. My back was totally twisted and she straightened me out. Not sure how I managed this - maybe some of the steep descents in the fell races?

Long run from work via home then out to Wharncliffe and up and down and Greno. Tried to make it as hilly as possible and was pretty shafted by the end.
