Very easy leg spin from the hostel. Stopped a few times along the way to do some stretching.
10 AM

Warm up and down.
11 AM

Orienteering 1:20:00 [5] 12.0 km (6:40 / km)

Long race. Feeling pretty battered from the start. Orienteering was a bit sloppier to begin with as I was less disciplined in terms of keeping contact with the map. Got a bit of a shock when Spongey caught me up. This focussed me and it was good to step up a gear. We were constantly taking slightly different routes and swapping the lead which was good fun.

Felt like we had been out forever so was surprised that it was only 80 minutes.
