Running 20:00 intensity: (15:00 @3) + (5:00 @4) 3.25 mi (6:09 / mi)

Run to EIS - much speedier than I intended because I was running a bit late.

Running drills 1:00:00 [3] 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

Camp Candy - lots of fun drills and stuff. Learnt a lot from KC and her beautiful assistant. Everyone seemed to have fun but the sprint time trial at the end was murder - respect to the sprinters.

Running 40:00 [2] 5.0 mi (8:00 / mi)

Run to work - steady.
